Additional Infomation About Product

The 74HC173PW.112 is a 4-bit D-type register with 3-state outputs, a part of the Nexperia 74HC family of advanced CMOS logic ICs. It has a latch enable input and four synchronized parallel data inputs. The outputs are available in a 3-state configuration and can be connected to other loads in a bus-oriented system. The outputs remain in the high-impedance OFF-state when the latch enable input is LOW. The 74HC173PW.112 can operate up to 20MHz and has a low maximum propagation delay for its inputs and outputs. It is suitable for use in a variety of applications, including data processing and communication, programmable logic, and consumer electronics.
