Additional Infomation About Product

The Nexperia 74HCT393D.652 is a dual 4-bit binary counter with synchronous reset from their High-Speed CMOS Logic family. It functions as a pair of 4-bit ripple-counters with synchronous reset. The two 4-bit counters are settable and resettable with a common control. This product has two separate 4-bit binary counters with an asynchronous reset. The counter enable input, Clock and Clear enable the functions of the counters. It features enable input (E1) and two chip enable inputs (CE1 and CE2). This device also has outputs that are configurable and can act as bidirectional I/Os. It has a high speed operation of up to 12 MHz at VDD - 0.5V. This device has a voltage range of 2.5V - 5.5V and an operating temperature range of -40°C - 85°C.
