Additional Infomation About Product

HEF4040BT.652 is a quad BCD-to-decimal decoder manufactured by Nexperia. It has four active-low BCD (Binary Coded Decimal) inputs and ten active-low outputs for decoding numerical information on a 4-bit binary basis into decimal form. The device can be configured to work in either a enable-latch mode or an enable-direct mode. It is capable of operating over a wide voltage range from 2 V to 6 V, and has a logic gate with a peak current of 3.2mA. It is designed with short-circuit and thermal protection, and is RoHS compliant.
