The Nexperia 74LVC08AD,112 is a QUAD 2-INPUT AND GATE manufactured by Nexperia. The device operates from a single 2.5V to 5.5V power supply. The device is made up of four 2-input AND gates of which each input is protected against static discharge by diodes to VCC and GND. It supports TTL compatible output levels. The logic input levels of the device are compatible with either CMOS or LSTTL levels. It has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. The device provides a high level of noise immunity. The device features low-power dissipation and high noise immunity for minimal signal distortion.
