The Nexperia 74LVC1G80GV.125 is a single-pole single-throw (SPST) signal multiplexer logic gate. This logic gate is part of the Nexperia 74LVC1G series of high-performance CMOS logic devices. It is designed to offer low power consumption while providing extremely high noise immunity. Features of this part include a low supply current of 0.8 microAmps at 3.3V and 0.5 microAmps at 1.8V, very low quiescent current of 0.1 microAmps at 3.3V, 0.075 microAmps at 1.8V, high “on” levels of 2 volts up to 8 volts, and a low “off” level of 0.8 volts. The 74LVC1G80GV.125 also features a maximum total supply voltage of 12 volts and a total propagation delay of 210 nanoSeconds. This part is also protected from false triggering from low voltage transients.
