Additional Infomation About Product

The HEF4015BT.652 part of Nexperia is a CMOS dual 4-input logic gate. It has two individual integrated circuits in one package, which can provide two independent logic gates each of which has four inputs. It has been designed to perform the traditional logic functions AND and OR as well as any combinations of these functions up to eight inputs. It has high speed performance and is available in a small 8-pin PDIP package. The power supply voltage range is from 2V to 15V and the outputs can drive up to 10 standard TTL load. This device is suitable for applications in the Power Sampling (DPMS) field.
