Additional Infomation About Product

DSC-137 (or Deployable Submarine Cable) is a submarine communications cable developed by the Japanese Ministry of Defense. It is a part of the Ninigi System, which is a program that provides secure, high speed internet access to Japan’s Self-Defense Forces (SDF). The cable is designed to be deployed underwater, enabling the SDF to stay connected in remote areas of the coast. It can connect non-commercial sites that are not connected to the regular commercial internet services. DSC-137 features several features including: encrypted networks, multiple channels of communication and QoS (Quality of Service).
