Additional Infomation About Product

The KTY81/220.112 is a series of general-purpose, temperature-sensitive resistors manufactured by NXP Semiconductors. It is part of their KTY81 series and is mainly used as a thermal sensor in temperature control applications. The resistor is made of a wire-wound element, which has a highly negative temperature coefficient. It is designed to maintain an extremely accurate and stable resistance value over a wide temperature range of -55°C to +150°C. The part is rated for a resistance value of 220O at 25°C, with a tolerances is rated for %. It can also handle current up to 100mA and voltage up to 300V.
