The SA602AD/01,118 is a double-balanced RF mixer with oscillator manufactured by NXP. It is designed for VHF (very high frequency) applications and features low-power consumption. The device is built using an integrated circuit architecture and is suitable for a variety of applications including radio communications, wireless, and frequency synthesizers. It is designed to operate with a high linearity and provides isolation between the oscillator and the mixer inputs, which helps improve the noise figure and attenuation of spurious signals.
