CYTLP127(TP) is an optocoupler produced by OCIC that features a phototransistor output and is ROHS compliant. It has an operating temperature range of -55? to +110? and can withstand voltage up to 3750V. It has a response time of 15us at 10mA current and 100O impedance, and 40us at 10mA and 100O impedance. The output voltage is 1.15V and forward voltage is 1.6V. It comes in SOP-4 packaging and works in DC application.
