It is a System-on-Module featuring an Allwinner A13 Cortex-A8 processor, 256MB of DDR3 RAM, 512MB NAND Flash memory, and various I/O ports. It also has an on-board 2.4GHz 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi module, making it ideal for a wide range of wireless embedded applications. The SOM is capable of running the Linux, Android, and Windows Embedded Compact operating systems, and the board includes a wide range of software support, including OpenOCD and other development tools.
