The OB2361MP with Switching Controllers SOT-23-6 RoHS is a single-channel, step-down DC/DC switching controller manufactured by On-Bright. It features an operating range of 3.3V to 36V and a switching frequency of up to 500kHz. The device also features cycle-by-cycle current limiting and thermal shutdown as protection functions. This device is suitable for a variety of step-down DC/DC applications, including automotive, industrial, telecom, personal electronics, and battery-powered applications. In addition, it is compliant with RoHS standards and has an ambient temperature range of -40°C to 105°C.
