The CAT24C32WIGT-QQ is a 32Kbit I2C Serial EEPROM from ON Semiconductor. It uses a contact-less non-volatile CMOS technology for low power consumption, high reliability, and zero-value write operations. The CAT24C32WIGT-QQ offers a 2-Wire Serial Interface that supports the I2C protocol allowing for up to 16bytes of data each write cycle, with an access time of up to 5ms.
