Extended Allowable Negative V Swing to -9.8V for S Fairchilds high-voltage process and common-mode Signal Propagation at V =V =15V DD BS noise canceling technique provide stable operation of High-Side Output In-Phase of Input Signal high-side drivers under high-dv/dt noise circumstances. V & V Supply Range from 10V to 20V DD BS An advanced level-shift circuit allows high-side gate 3.3V and 5V Input Logic Compatible driver operation up to V = -9.8V (typical) for V = 15V. S BS Built-in Common Mode dv/dt Noise Canceling Circuit The UVLO circuits prevent malfunction when V and BS1 Built-in UVLO Functions for Both Channels V are lower than the specified threshold voltage.
