It has a buffered output ing Capability stage with all NMOS transistors designed for high pulse Common-Mode dv/dt Noise-Canceling Circuit current driving capability and minimum cross-conduction. Built-in Under-Voltage Lockout for Both Channels Fairchilds high-voltage process and common-mode Matched Propagation Delay for Both Channels noise canceling techniques provide stable operation of Logic (V ) and Power (COM) Ground 5V Offset SS the high-side driver under high-dv/dt noise circum- 3.3 V and 5 V Input Logic Compatible stances. An advanced level-shift circuit offers high-side Output In-phase with Input gate driver operation up to V =-9.8 V (typical) for S V =15 V.
