Additional Infomation About Product

The FAN7842MX Gate Drivers SEC SUPERVISORY IC is a high-faaulity, single-channel gate driver ICs manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is designed to drive high-current bipolar N-channel power MOSFETs in switched-mode power supplies and DC-DC applications. It features a low-side gate driver with integrated over-current and over –voltage protection, as well as an integrated bootstrap capacitor for superior gate-drive capabilities. Its input voltage range is from 6V to 24V, and the output current can be set from 2.5A to 5A via an external resistor. The thermal shutdown protection provided also provides enhanced safety. The FAN7842MX is a great choice for all kinds of power conversion applications, including inverters, isolators, lighting, motor control, and more.
