It can provide Over 96% Efficient 1 A continuous current from 2.5 V to 5.5 V input Selectable Continuous Output Current: 500 mA/1 A voltage. The output voltage can be adjusted from 1.2 V 2.5 V to 5.5 V Input Voltage Range up to the input voltage with an external voltage divider. Output Voltage as Low as 1.2 V External compensation and soft-start allow for design 1.2 MHz Operating Frequency optimization and flexibility. High-frequency operation Less than 1 A Shutdown Current allows for all-ceramic solutions and small footprints. In addition, a user-selectable current limit provides External Synchronization from 500 kHz to 2 MHz protection against output overload and short circuit. 100% Duty Cycle FAN8060 features pulse skipping to achieve higher Synchronous Switching FET no Schottky Diode efficiency during light load operation. 100% duty cycle Required capability enables power solutions to extend the drop Stable with Ceramic Capacitors out voltage.
