The device has a current rating of 0.46A and a maximum power rating of 0.9W. It features an ultra-low on-resistance of 15O when measuring from Source to Drain, making it suitable for use in point-of-load and multiple output supplies, as well as SMPS applications such as LCD TVs, LED lighting, consumer electronics, automotive, and more.
