The FDC6321C from ON Semiconductor is a N-Channel, unipolar, power Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor (MOSFET) designed for use in low voltage (25V) and low current (0.68 Amps) applications. The device has a current rating of 0.46A and a maximum power rating of 0.9W. It features an ultra-low on-resistance of 15O when measuring from Source to Drain, making it suitable for use in point-of-load and multiple output supplies, as well as SMPS applications such as LCD TVs, LED lighting, consumer electronics, automotive, and more. The FDC6321C is a perfect choice for low-cost, space-saving designs, and its robust design ensures reliable operation over a temperature range of -40°C to +150°C.
