The FDC6327C is an N-Channel MOSFET (metal-oxide semiconductor field-effect transistor) in a SSOT-6 COMP (surface-solderable Small Outline Transistor-6 compact) package by ON Semiconductor. It is designed for high-frequency switching applications, where low on-resistance and low gate charge are essential. It has a drain current capability of 1A and is rated for a maximum voltage of 20V. It is also AEC-Q101 qualified. The FDC6327C is suitable for applications such as DC/DC converters, relay drivers, motor drivers, and general switching.
