The FDC6420C is a low-power, low-voltage low-side power switch made by ON Semiconductor. It is a metal oxide semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) switching device designed for high-side and low-side, AC and DC motor drive applications in consumer, industrial, and automotive applications. It is designed to handle power switching from as low as 4 V to as high as 40 V and can handle up to 30A of output current. It features advanced protection circuitry including over-temperature, over-current, open-load and UVLO protection. The FDC6420C can be used in a variety of applications such as in white goods (dishwashers, washing machines, etc.), vending machines, vending machines, etc. and automotive applications.
