The ON Semiconductor FGD3245G2-F085 is an automotive power transistor with a Non-punch tab DPAK package, designed for use in high current applications. It contains a N-CH 450V 23A 150000mW Trans IGBT Chip, offering an optimal combination of low on-state voltage drop and fast switching processes. The 3-pin packaging has 2 pins plus a flat clip tab and an isolated tab to ensure secure connections and better dissipation of heat. This transistor is designed to be highly reliable in automotive (automated) applications, giving optimal performance in reliable and durable applications.
