The MC14073BDG is a quad analogue buffer from the 4000 series of CMOS integrated circuits from ON Semiconductor. It is designed to perform high-speed buffering on any analogue signal, with no additional external components required. The device has a maximum voltage ratings of 18V, as well as low to zero power requirements. Its low input impedance and excellent output characteristics make it an ideal choice for buffering applications. It also features excellent isolation characteristics and is well-suited for use in isolated circuits.
