The MC14093BDR2G is a dual, one-of-eight, data selector/multiplexer from ON Semiconductor. It is a part of their 4000 series of CMOS Logic ICs and is available in an SOIC-14 package. This component can be used to select one of eight data lines, depending on the location of the select pins. Each multiplexer is controlled by a common select input pin (S) and two data select input pins (S0, S1). This multiplexer is designed for operating temperatures of -55°C to 125°C and can operate with voltage supplies ranging from 3 V to 18 V.
