MC74HC373ADTG is a high-speed CMOS 8-bit register with transparent latches and 3-state outputs, fabricated with sub-micron silicon gate and double-layer metal wiring C2MOS technology. It is pin and function compatible with the industry-standard 74HC373 device. It has two clock inputs, associated with two registers, one containing four flip-flops and one containing four inverters. The latches are cleared by either the Clear or active-low Reset signals. The data inputs are latched asynchronously positive edge triggered on Clock. Data is also latched at the negative-going transitions of the Clock inputs. The outputs are actively driven when enabled by the Output Enable inputs. This part is available in an 8-Pin SOIC package.
