The MC74HC573ADTR2G is an 8-bit D-type latch with 2-6V Transparent Non-Inverting, manufactured by ON Semiconductor. The device is logic level compatible and can directly drive many low voltage loads and enables high speed operation. The latch has three control inputs, CP for mux enable, PRE and CLR for set/reset, and clear functions, respectively. The latch operates in either transparent or latched mode and it has an output enable (OE) input which can be used to disconnect the outputs from their bus. The propagation delay times of MC74HC573ADTR2G are typically 10ns at Vcc = 5V, and 18ns at Vcc = 3V. The device features a high output drive of 10LSTTL loads and 15 mA sink current. It is available in a PDIP or SOIC package and is RoHS compliant.
