Additional Infomation About Product

MCH6306-TL-E is a low-voltage, N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET from ON Semiconductor. It has an ON resistance of 0.375-Ohms and is designed to operate at gate voltages of 2-4.5V. This MOSFET is suitable for applications such as DC/DC converters, synchronous buck/boost converters, and power inverters. It is surface mountable with a miniature PQFN package, and has a rated power dissipation of 0.3W.
