Additional Infomation About Product

MCR100-6G is a surface mount insulated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) from ON Semiconductor. It is an N-channel device with an integrated anti-saturation circuit that reduces switching losses compared to an equivalent single IGBT transistor. The device has a maximum current of 6A and a maximum voltage of 100V. The integrated anti-saturation circuit helps protect the device from damage due to high voltage and current spikes. Additionally, it has an integrated ESD protection, making it suitable for automotive and industrial applications.
