Additional Infomation About Product

The MCR218-2G is an optically isolated p-channel logic-level MOSFET from ON Semiconductor. It has an RDS(ON) of 2 O @10V and 7A continuous drain current rating. It has a maximum 2.4 mS rise time and can withstand 5kV of surge voltage. The package size is SOT23. The MCR218-2G is used to isolate signals or power in many applications.
