The TT250N12KOF-K is a power semiconductor module from Infineon Technologies. It is a template linear type 6-pack superjunction MOSFET with a maximum drain-source voltage of 1200 V, maximum gate-source voltage of 20 V, and maximum continuous drain current of 250 A at a temperature of 25°C. It is designed for high-efficiency applications such as solar inverters, UPS systems, and industrial converters. The module is rated to handle surge currents up to 7A and is able to operate at frequencies up to 40 kHz. It is RoHS compliant and has UL1577 certification.
