MCR22-8G is an N-channel, 8-amp, 250V-rated, low on-resistance, enhanced single MOSFET transistor manufactured by ON Semiconductor. This device is designed to maximize efficiency and minimize switching loss in applications such as lighting, smart grid, computing, telecom and digital power supplies, motor control, and other power management applications. This MOSFET is optimized for low on-resistance, making it especially well-suited for higher current/higher frequency applications. It is also lead-free and RoHS compliant.
