MCR310-10G is a high-speed bidirectional Triac from ON Semiconductor. It is ideal for applications requiring isolation of the load current from the input circuit. It includes a 10A on-state current and 800V/us turn-on speed, making it suitable for high-power switching applications. The MCR310-10G is UL recognized and meets the requirements of IEC 60747-5-2 and other international safety standards. It features a fast reverse-blocking capability, allowing it to be used in high-speed switched-mode power supplies and other applications requiring low output capacitance and low reverse voltage leakage. The MCR310-10G also features a high surge capability for inductive and capacitive loads, making it suitable for wide range of applications.
