The NC7SV00P5X device by ON Semiconductor is a 2-input NAND Gate in a tiny chip scale package (SC-70-5). The device features an ultra small VCSEL (vertical cavity surface-emitting laser) light source with a typical wavelength range of 770nm to 850nm. The device offers lower power consumption, low dark current operation, and high responsivity without the need for an external photodetector. The logic gate is designed for advantages like low power consumption, high-speed operation, and easy integration with analog and digital components. It is a low voltage logic family device specified for operation over a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C. The device is RoHS compliant and is ideal for use in systems including networking, digital electronic product, mobile communications, test systems.
