The NDT014L is a N-channel, enhancement mode, Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor (MOSFET) manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It has an off-state drain-source voltage rating of 600V, drain-source on-state resistance of 0.58 Ohm, maximum gate-source operating voltage of +/- 20V, and a maximum drain current rating of 11A. The NDT014L is designed for high speed switching applications where low gate charge is desired, such as switching mode power supplies, Uninterruptible Power Supplies (UPS), and offline power converters. It is available in an industry standard SOT-223 package.
