The NL17SZ08DFT2G is a logic gate manufactured by ON Semiconductor that is composed of a single 2-input AND. The gate has a supply voltage range of 1.65-5.5V, making it suitable for use in a variety of low-power applications. Furthermore, it has very low typical delay times of 3.5ns and 2.5ns depending on the type of input selected, enabling fast switching times and efficient operation. It also features an open-drain output, making it ideal for actively driving other signals or loads. This logic gate is extremely reliable and has a wide input common-mode range, making it ideal for use in any situation where and reliable performance is required.
