The NUP2201MR6T1G is a unidirectional ESD Suppressor / TVS Diode Low Capacitance Array manufactured by ON Semiconductor. This array consists of six low capacitance TVS diodes designed for high speed data protection from harmful Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and other overvoltage transients, and is rated to protect up to IEC 61000-4-2 15 kV contact discharges. The NUP2201MR6T1G provides effective AC suppression over a vast frequency range that covers most communication and telecommunication applications. Each diode has a low clamping voltage, and is constructed to provide high peak surge capability and fast clamping response times, allowing it to protect sensitive components from even the most harsh conditions.
