The SCH2410-TL-E is a single-phase, bidirectional, zero-cross, MOSFET based AC switch from ON Semiconductor. This component is capable of bidirectional, zero-cross switching with load currents up to 10A, peak currents up to 16A, and voltage up to 250V AC/DC. It has an adjustable zero-cross voltage, with a minimum and maximum on/off times of 10 millisecond (ms) and 50 ms, respectively. The SCH2410-TL-E provides ESD protection in both directions to ensure long product life. In addition, this component is designed for low power dissipation, low reverse transfer capacitance, and tight switching time deviation across temperature range. The device also features a built-in temperature sensor and under-voltage lockout (UVLO) circuit.
