This controller is suitable for applications such as automotive, home automation, smart meters, security systems, industrial automation, lighting controls, consumer electronics and more. The MCU has an 8-bit RISC core with a 2KB OTP ROM, 160-byte RAM and 18 RISC instructions. It also supports a clock speed of up to 20 MHz and has a voltage range of -2.2V to +4.6V.
