The MBR2060CT is a silicon Schottky barrier diode (SBD) manufactured by Pingwei in a TO-220AB RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) package. It is designed for use in power supply, rectifier and freewheeling applications, and has a low forward voltage drop and fast switching speed. It is rated for an average current of 20A with a maximum peak forward surge current of 48A. It is capable of operating at temperatures between -55°C to 150°C and can withstand an instantaneous reverse voltage of 60V. This diode is also RoHS-compliant.
