It is a three-terminal semiconductor device with a low forward voltage drop and fast response time. The reverse current is effectively blocked by a thin metal-semiconductor rectifying junction. This diode is coated with a thermoplastic resin to make it highly durable and moisture resistant. It is also RoHS compliant for the use in lead-free applications such as power supplies, video signals, and consumer electronics, among others. This part has a 200 V rating and features reverse voltage protection, low forward voltage drop, low leakage current, and a high surge current capacity. The maximum reverse voltage is up to 30 V.
