The SB3100 with Schottky Barrier Diodes (SBD), manufactured by Pingwei and compliant with RoHS, is a low-cost and fast-switching diode chip rated at 100V 3A reverse and 1A forward max. It is constructed from SBDs with DO-201AD package and features very low forward voltage drop, fast switching speed and tolerance to high temperature. The SB3100 is suitable for applications such as automotive, home appliance, communication, computer and power supply, providing protection in high reverse overvoltage and as a freewheeling diode.
