It is a highly integrated microcontroller, featuring an ARM Cortex M4 processor core with an on-chip memory management unit and a powerful peripheral set. It is ideal for low power embedded applications, such as IoT and wearable devices. NJ8821MP has 16KB of program memory, 32KB of RAM, and a wide range of digital I/O and analogue I/O, including CAN-bus, I2S, UART, PCIe and USB. The processor is supported by a Pascal SDK, and a range of support tools that provide extensive debugging capabilities.
