The NJ88C30/DP is a 32-bit microprocessor manufactured by Plessey. It is based on the ARMv7-A architecture and is designed to be low-cost, low-power and highly integrated. The NJ88C30/DP is ideal for embedded applications, communications applications, secure cryptographic processing and more. The NJ88C30/DP features four cores, a clock speed of 500MHz, 64KB of L1 instruction cache, 64KB of L1 data cache, 1MB of L2 cache, support for up to four DDR2/DDR3 800MHz RAM banks and 16KB EEPROM. It also supports ARM’s TrustZone technology and has a wide range of integrated peripherals.
