The Pololu 4050 with Sensor is an electronic part designed to measure distances between 5 to 50mm with a ±15° field of view. It operates on 3 to 5.5VDC and is typically used for applications such as obstacle avoidance in robotics or surveillance. The part includes two phototransistors for detecting objects between 5mm and 50mm away and three mounting holes on the circuit board for easy installation.
