The PSB112/16 is a power semiconductor module manufactured by Powersem. It is a high-current switch module that can handle up to 16A of current. This module is designed for use in high-power AC/DC switching applications and offers a wide input voltage range of 12V to 700V. It features an adjustable output voltage of 0-1.25V, enabling it to operate from any range between 0-700V. It features an insulation system that meets industrial safety standards, including creepage, clearance, voltage breakdown and surge ratings.
