PSET132/12 is a power semiconductor device from PowerSem. It is a 3-phase bridge rectifier with a collector-emitter voltage rating of 600V, a collector current rating of 32A, and a peak repetitive reverse voltage rating of 1200V. The device features an insulated case with a built-in surge protection, an alternating current input voltage range of 48-440VAC, and an alternating current ripple current rating of 15mA. It is designed for use in AC/DC rectification, inverter power supplies, and motor control applications. The device is certified as a UL94V-0 package, making it suitable for use in Class I, Div. 2, Groups A, B, C, and D hazardous locations.
