The PUOLOP PTS4842 is an advanced MOSFET 2 N Channel (Double) device that utilizes an 8-pin SOP-8 package. It is RoHs compliant and can operate over a voltage range of 30V. The maximum continuous current (Tc) is 7.7A while the threshold voltage (Vgs) is 2.5V at 250uA. The drain-source on-resistance (Rds) is measured at 21mO at 7.7A and 10V.
