It requires no fixed supply 7 V2 voltage and operates with a positive control voltage. 10 RX The TQS5202 is manufactured using TriQuints GaAs 12 TX pHEMT process and is packaged in an industry standard Backside Paddle RF/DC GND 3.0x3.0x0.85 mm VQFN-12 Pb-Free package.
