RTT03R012FTP is a low profile, precision, current sense resistor manufactured by RALEC. It is RoHS compliant and has a surface mount design in an 0603 form factor. The resistor is made of a low temperature co-fired ceramic (LTCC) substrate with a resistance of 12 Ohms at 25C and a temperature coefficient of ±50 ppm. It has a highly accurate ratio of ±0.2 per cent. The rated power is 0.03 watts, and its operating temperature range is -55 to +125°C. The resistor features excellent thermal stability and high heat shock resistance, making it suitable for temperature sensitive designs. It has a maximum voltage rating of 24 volts and an insulation resistance of 100 MO at 500 VDC. Its low profile design and high temperature stability make it ideal for use in current sensing and current limiting applications.
