DATASHEET ISL88001, ISL88002, ISL88003 FN6174 Rev 3.00 Ultra Low Power 3 Ld Voltage Supervisors in SC-70 and SOT-23 Packages Feb 10, 2021 The ISL88001, ISL88002, ISL88003 supervisors are Features extremely low power 160nA voltage supervisors that help to Single Voltage Monitoring Supervisors monitor the power supply voltages in a wide variety of applications. By providing Power-On Reset and supply Fixed-Voltage Options Allow Precise Monitoring of +1.8V, voltage supervision in small 3 Ld SC-70 and SOT-23 +2.5V, +3.0V, +3.3V, and +5.0V Power Supplies packages, the ISL88001, ISL88002, ISL88003 devices can Ultra Low 160nA Supply Current help to lower system cost, reduce board space requirements 1.2% Voltage Threshold Accuracy and increase the reliability of systems. 190ms Power-On Reset Timeout The most popular voltage trip points are available for standard power supplies from 1.8V to 5.0V (see Ordering Reset Signal Valid Down to V = 1V DD Information on page 3). These reset threshold voltages are No External Components Necessary accurate to within 1.2% and the reset signal is valid down to 1V. Active high and active low reset outputs are available in Immune to Power-Supply Transients push-pull and open drain configurations (see Functional Available in Small 3 Ld SC-70 and 3 Ld SOT-23 Pb-free Block Diagrams on page 2).
