R-Car D3
The Renesas R-Car D3 R0K50563NS000BE is a system-on-chip (SoC) designed for automotive applications. It is based on the R-Car E3 automotive processor and integrates a single-core Cortex-A57 and an additional multi-core Cortex-A53 processor. It also features a PowerVR G6430 graphics processor and an on-chip memory controller supporting up to 8GB of high-speed DDR3/LPDDR3 memory.
